Policies

• Lessons are taught in 30 or 45 minute slots. Beginners usually start with 30 minute lessons, and more intermediate players will usually start with 45 minute lessons depending on prior experience.

• Every first lesson is a paid 30 minute taster lesson. If we agree to continue with lessons following the taster, a regular slot each week will be agreed at a time that is mutually convenient.

• Payment can be made Weekly or Monthly via online bank transfer. Your payment method must be agreed in advance, and you can request this to be changed at any time.

1. Weekly Payments - Due at the end of each lesson. Payment must be received within 7 days.
2. Monthly Payments - You will receive an email invoice during the final week of each month, once the last lesson has taken place. This email will summarise all lessons that have taken place that month, and the amount that is due. Payment must be received within 14 days of the date of the email invoice.

If payment is not made within the time-frames stated above, lessons may be suspended until the debt is paid.

• I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged.

• If you wish to discontinue with lessons this can be requested at any time, however I require 4 weeks notice.

• I operate a strict age policy. All learners must be of the age of 5 or above before their first taster lesson.
